Better Homes and Gardens had an article on laundry rooms not too long ago.
Here's the Web version:
http://houseandhome.msn.com/improve/plantheperfectlaundryroom0.aspx Scroll
down about three-quarters of the way for the oak chute door. BH&G has a
discussion site off their home page http://www.bhg.com/. Join the group and
ask there, referring to the Web site. Good luck!

Yes, but Bob was looking for a company that sold them and he used the
plural. Perhaps he's getting into the laundry chute business. BTW, Bob,
there are fire codes regulating the installation or remodeling of laundry
chutes, since they're a natural chimney during a fire. Check your local
codes.

I would suspect any custom cabinet place should be able to make you what ever
you wanted.
