Inspiration - Knock Down Casket

I can never aspire to be a real JOAT, but this assembly drawing for a
knock down casket may give someone an idea. I assume that the flats
are finished to ensure the sliding dovetail joints always fit.

Ah, but you can. And you have the job.. I had petiioned the Cabal
for a replacement for me, but now that you have stepped forward, and
volunteered, they won't have to bother.

Make me proud. And always remember three things:
1). Don't sweat the small stuff, anything under 10 pounds, you haul up
by rope. 2). It's all downhill from here.
3). There is no Cabal.

ROTFLMAO Thanks, and the Woodworking Gods say hi.

No thanks, that Nomex underwear is too itchy.

Seriously, I've saved many of your posts, and I appreciate the effort
you have made in finding those plans and inspirations.

Uh, I don't think you can say no - it's already been approved by
the cabal.

Flames? I don't get no flames. Just posts by BAD usually, and he's
easy enough to ignore. I guess you could even say he's ignorant.

No prob. Just do lots of searches for stuff for yourself, and post
any side-effects you find. No prob. LMAO

Looks like the box my lathe came in. I should have kept it and put
handles on it.

Amusing, however why would one want a knock down model, unless its
intended to be used more than once<G>?

Nice!

This is what I would imagine you could buy if Target starts selling caskets.

I could see one of those in Mahogany -- or maybe curly maple. I could
make one now, and it wouldn't take up alot of storage space until I
need it.

I wonder if they get large orders from anonymous sources.
