There are new arbors available here:
http://www.sawcenter.com/unisawparts.htm
$88.00 or $64.50 depending on which tilt, seems like this would be
cheaper than shipping a complete saw.

An advantage of new is that the machine is already packed so you may save on
crating cost. You may want to contact a freight forwarder that can arrange
pickup in the US. Probably cheapest to buy it at a store near the shipping
port. If you go over the water, allow a couple of weeks. Air, only a day
or two, but customs can take another couple of days.
You may also want to check with Amazon to see if they ship overseas. Or
check www.coastaltool.com
http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/front_counter/shipany.htm?L+coastest+rcnf8701ff1d9f1d+1100439244 They seem to be able to handle it.
