Agreed on the resin/bar finish. The only thing I'd caution you on is to tr=
y to find one with less UV inhibitors-- assuming that one of the things we =
all love about Cherry is how it ages to its warm auburn tone, if you put a=
UV blocker on it, you'll impair or slow that process.

so it depends on the bark and other things
